A Journey Through Academia, Yoga, and Sports

From political science to yoga, from academic research to competitive sports, my life has been a blend of intellectual exploration and physical discipline. I am Khayyam Rzazade, a PhD researcher in Security and Strategic Studies, a dedicated yoga practitioner, and an Ultimate Frisbee and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete.

 

Born in Azerbaijan, my journey has taken me across Europe and beyond - studying at top institutions, engaging in political analysis, teaching, and deepening my understanding of yoga. Whether in a research seminar, on the yoga or BJJ mat, or on the Ultimate Frisbee field, my passion lies in continuous learning and self-improvement. This space is where I share my experiences, insights, and the lessons I’ve gathered along the way.
